Fed: Logie award winners = 8

Rural drama McLeod's Daughters was riding high at the Logies, winning the silver Logie
for Australia's most popular Australian program.

Surrounded by members of the cast and crew, series creator Posie Graeme-Evans said:
"Hey, are we happy tonight or what?

"This is sensational stuff.

"Thank you very much to everybody that stands up on this stage.

"It takes 130 people to make an episode of McLeod's Daughters.

"I don't know how many countries we are seen in, but I think it's wonderful."
